Consultations

Medication Therapy Management consultations help you get the most out of your medications. During a private consultation with one of our highly trained pharmacists, we review all of your medications to confirm that they are working for you, the doses are safe and not causing side effects, and that they are convenient for you to take, remember, and afford. Together, we can create an individualized plan for all of your medications. Our pharmacists work closely with your doctors to make necessary changes and will follow up with you to monitor your progress.

Medication Therapy Management is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial insurance plans. We are contracted with Outcomes MTM and Mirixa Pro platforms to provide comprehensive medication reviews, adherence checks, and directed education.
